April 5th

This week’s lineup is bringing a little comfort, a little flavor, and a whole lot of easy wins to the table.

Monday – Beef Stroganoff

Egg noodles + ground beef = a nostalgic, creamy comfort dish straight from my childhood (and the recipe came from the back of the Creamette's noodle bag).

Tuesday – Crispy Slow Cooker Pork Carnitas

Set it, forget it, then crisp it up—perfect for tacos, bowls, or straight off the pan.

Wednesday – Chicken Teriyaki Burgers with Sesame Slaw

A fresh twist on burger night where sweet, savory teriyaki is paired with a crisp, flavorful slaw.

Thursday – Leftovers

The golden rule—no cooking, just enjoy it again.

Friday – Baja Fish Tacos

Fresh, light, and the perfect way to roll into the weekend.

Bonus Cocktail – Pineapple Basil Smash

Bright, refreshing, and a little tropical twist to sip on.

Simple meals, happy people, and a week of kitchen wins.

Happy dinner prep,
