Welcome to Year Three of Soup’s on Saturday here at As Noted By Me.

Every fall, as the air turns cooler and life settles into a new routine, we gather here over a bowl of soup. What began as a simple series has become one of the traditions I look forward to most, not just because I love sharing recipes, but because so many of you have made this little corner of fall part of your own Saturdays.

For each of autumn's thirteen Saturdays, I’ll be sharing a favorite soup recipe. Some will be longtime family favorites, some will be new discoveries, but every one is meant to bring a little warmth, comfort, and joy to your table.

Thank you for coming back year after year, for cooking along with me, and for making As Noted By Me feel like home. Please enjoy week two of Soup's on Saturday.

Chicken Poblano Soup

Week Two brings a bowl of Chicken Poblano Soup. Tender chicken, smoky poblano peppers, black beans, and bold southwestern flavors come together in a hearty, comforting soup that’s perfect for a cozy fall meal.
