Chili Sauce for Hot Dogs

This is a home run - grand slam - one for the record books recipe. A chili sauce that is easy and a huge hit with my family. If you have an immersion blender it is easy to get the perfect consistency - that is always the best part of a chili dog - a thick, hearty sauce that can also hold all the onions on top and not run off the dog and bun.
